Kaya Tian is the partner heading litigation practice at Hayes Associates Law Firm and advising clients on litigation, real estate and labor law matters. She is a member of the Chinese Bar Association. During her career she has been involved in many projects and has advised clients on Litigation, Real Estate and Labor Law matters. She specializes in Labor Law, Law of Domestic Relations, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Immigration Law, International Law and Contract Law. She is fluent in English and Tagalog and Chinese.
