Hayes Chang - Senior Partner

Hayes Chang is the co-founding and senior partner heading the litigation and dispute resolution practice at Hayes Associates Law Firm. He is a member of the China Bar Association. He graduated from the Law School in China. Since the early 70's he has been practicing in various areas of law. During his career he has been involved in many projects and has advised clients on a full range of corporate and commercial transactions such as major mergers&acquisitions projects in the banking and energy sectors. He specializes in Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contract Law, Transportation Law and Capital Market Law. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
